I recently attended one of Sally Earlham’s courses on Mindful Reflexology – supporting stress, anxiety and depression.
Mindful Reflexology combines Mindfulness Meditation techniques with reflexology. This aims to achieve a relaxed non-judgemental awareness of thoughts, feelings and sensations which enhances the reflexology treatment.
The primary focus in Mindfulness Meditation is the breathing and the goal is a calm, non-judging awareness, allowing thoughts and feelings to come and go without getting caught up in them. This creates calmness and acceptance.
